Vikash Somani is the Founder & Managing Director at Ratnabali.  With over 40 years of experience in Equity Markets and Real Estate, he uses his multifaceted expertise to drive new projects with dynamism and wisdom. He is a strong believer in transparency and clean structures in the organisation. Passionate about philanthropy, Vikash Somani is one of the trustees of India Autism Centre – an inclusive community for Autistic Individuals and has also undertaken several welfare projects in his ancestral village in Rajasthan. In his free time, he enjoys keeping up with current affairs and spending time with his family.

Rakesh Pandiya

President & CFO

Rakesh, a Chartered Accountant with over 27 years of post qualification experience in the field of Accounts,Budgeting, Finance, Forex management, MIS, Audit, Law, Merger and Banking. He is spearheading the Finance, Accounts, Taxation and Back Office operations of Ratnabali group. He takes a keen interest in sports.

Abhinav Chandak

Abhinav is an impressive and seasoned professional in Finance and Investment landscapes, and is thoroughly equipped with specialized knowledge of M&A. He has completed his MBA from the ICFAI School of Business in 2008. Over the last 12+ years at Ratnabali, his metamorphosis into an invaluable asset is an outcome of his significant involvement in key decision making, tectonic contributions in financial analysis and meaningful inputs in pivotal role plays. His excellence in M&A has always been advantageous in expanding investment horizon, catapulting growth and conferred substantial enhancement in gains. His proficiency in strategic decision-making and envisioning core special situations have consistently driven remarkable results including historic achievements, contributing significantly to ushering in an era of phenomenal growth and success for Ratnabali. Abhinav is highly skilled, and has the ability to seamlessly handle multiple responsibilities. He is very knowledgeable and has acquired diverse talents which together with his collaborative nature as a team player make him efficient in his role as Chief Strategy Officer & President of Ratnabali.

Pankaj Gupta

Pankaj Gupta has an experience of over 20 years in the areas of Fund Management, Equity Research, Corporate Banking and Financial Education in various prestigious institutions. During this journey, he has developed strong understanding of various businesses and industries.

He is an MBA from IIM Lucknow and has studied IBPM at ESCP-EAP, Paris (France). He has done his B.Com (H) from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata, C.S. and CA (Intermediate).

Nishant Shah

Nishant's dynamic experience ranges from Manufacturing, Insurance, Financial services, Technology Implementation to Project Finance. His palpable passion, commitment, and boundless ambition make his management of the India Autism Center, a success. A proponent of cutting-edge technologies coupled with his contagious energy and managerial excellence, he never flounders to ensure sustainable progress in every field of the project. When not at work, you will find him playing badminton - a hobby turned passion!

Swati Hiroo began her investing career with Ratnabali Group in 2015. Passionate and hardworking, she is a senior analyst and an integral member of our research team.

He is the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company and heads the legal Fort. Sarim is a Graduate in Accountancy and General Law, Post Graduate in Business Law and Criminal Law, as well as qualified CS, CAIIB and Insolvency Professional, having 15 years of diverse experience. His extensive career spans across all facets of financial services specially all functions ranging from Compliance, Legal, Court Matters & NBFC Compliances.

Mayank brings with him a diverse set of experiences in the financial services space. After having completed his MBA from Management Development Institute Gurgaon in 2018, he joined the Investment banking team at Nomura, following which he led several fundraises from global impact investors at Yubi (CredAvenue)
