He is a strong believer in transparency and clean structures in the organisation. Passionate about philanthropy, Vikash Somani is one of the trustees of India Autism Centre – an inclusive community for Autistic Individuals and has also undertaken several welfare projects in his ancestral village in Rajasthan. In his free time, he enjoys keeping up with current affairs and spending time with his family.

Rakesh, a Chartered Accountant with over 27 years of post qualification experience in the field of
Accounts,Budgeting, Finance, Forex management, MIS, Audit, Law, Merger and Banking. He is
spearheading the Finance, Accounts, Taxation and Back Office operations of Ratnabali group. He takes a
keen interest in sports.
Pankaj Gupta
Associate Director
Pankaj Gupta has an experience of over 20 years in the areas of Fund Management, Equity Research, Corporate Banking and Financial Education in various prestigious institutions. During this journey, he has developed strong understanding of various businesses and industries.
As the youngest fund manager in India, he has managed equity assets of Rs 5,500 crores and many of the funds managed by him have won several awards from CRISIL, CNBC TV 18, ICRA, Morning Star, Reuters Lipper, Value Research & ET Fund Tracker.
He is an MBA from IIM Lucknow and has studied IBPM at ESCP-EAP, Paris (France). He has done his B.Com (H) from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata, C.S. and CA (Intermediate).
